"The property is decent and in good shape. There are multiple scuffs on the walls, some weak furniture. The property is nice but I didn’t like the Property Management company. At these prices, I don’t expect to have to do all the clean-up and trash removal myself or be subject to a fine. The trash "

"This updated house has everything you need for a short term rental. It’s in a nice older neighborhood in St.James and has a quiet backyard to relax in or have a fire in the evening. The owners were quick to reply to any questions. When I go back to Winnipeg I will stay here again."

"The place was beautiful, big and a great location. It was a good experience but probably won’t be a repeat customer as I feel like it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. Some amenities that were listed were not available (no wifi, no cable). It wasn’t as clean as I felt it should have been (even after we cleaned and wiped down everything ourselves, mopped and swept the floor, it didn’t feel like it was clean enough).
