"Brand new rooms conveniently located. The staff was excellent. Simona at the front desk set up incredible dinners for us in Sienna and an outstanding wine tasting at winery. Incredibly helpful, knows all the best places and was really fun. The rooms are new and there are really nice walking trails in a private woods. Lovely place and Simona and Lilianna helped us have a wonderful visit to Sienna. "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"Stephano goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The place was comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed getting to know our host and his city.
