Family vacation

Property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of Crystal Falls. Plenty of space for everyone in the family to have privacy. The property had everything we needed to make it feel like home!

Excellent location!

Loved the waterfall right out the door. My teens spent most of the time exploring around the falls. Christine lake was amazing. Went there 3 days in a row. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. Only issue to mention was there was only ac units in 2 of the bedrooms so all the doors had to stay open to help keep the rest of the house cool. Other than that 5 stars across!

A Beautiful Home sitting on the Stunning Falls

The home offers an absolutely stunning view of Crystal Falls. During our stay, we went hinking to the Giant Falls, Devil's Slide, Artitist Bluff, and Sabbaday Falls. It was a memorable stay for all of us (two adults and one dog).

Fishing vacation

Property is very comfortable and the location is incredible. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall! Perfect jump off point for exploring the area with the rv, and my husband really enjoyed the fishing opportunities.

Beautiful spot with comfy beds

Beautiful spot by the waterfall. Super quiet and comfortable Nice firm, comfy beds. All the comforts of home. Pretty quick drive from the festivities in Berlin. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

Great communication with host! Plenty of comfortable beds for our group of 7. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. Close to atv trails. overall a fantastic experience!

A magical location

The sound and view of the River off the porch was hands down one of the best features, but the house itself was also perfect for our family’s getaway. It was easy access to the trails for off roading, and both Crystal Lake and South Pond ($8 fee per car) were the perfect spots to swim and relax by the water. Overall very pleased with our stay and host’s communication.

A gem!

This property is amazing in every way! The waterfall is stunning, the house is open, welcoming, and well-stocked with anything you’d need. The area is breathtaking. My only regret was that our schedule allowed us a short visit. Definitely going to favorite this one and plan for a longer visit next time! The owners are quick to respond to questions and very professional and accommodating!

Amazing

This was hands down the best place we have ever rented. Getting to the woods and access to the falls was perfect. Our only confusion was that an atv was listed as available and wasn't on the property (or at least anywhere we could find). Honestly not a big deal since everything else was amazing.

Amazing hidden gem

An awesome little cabin in an idyllic location. The falls are beautiful and fun to explore. Simply driving around the countryside near here is a treat. The property had plenty of beds and all the amenities that would be expected. The only possible things to look out for are a single bathroom (but as long as everyone coordinates this isn't an issue,) and insects depending on the season and how often the windows or doors are left with just the screens over them. Overall, well worth every penny.

Great location for ATV enthusiasts

We rented this home for a long weekend exploring Ride the Wilds. There is easy access to the southern trail system directly from the home with ample parking for our two large trucks and trailers across the bridge in a secure chained parking area. The home was perfect for what we needed, plenty of room for the six guys that went, house was clean and most everything we needed was there. Crystal falls flows directly next to the side porch which was very cool. Would consider booking again if we go back to this area on our side by sides.

Stunning

We lover this place, it look better than the pictures, lot of space, the bathroom is beautiful, the master bedroom is facing the waterfalls. They have all supplies you need like you are at home. The water falls in the back are great - They are called Crystal Waterfalls - After the bridge cross all the cement mural and walk on the woods pad a bit further and there is a spot with sand to relax in the water. Cold but great. Stunning house and waterfall. Thank you to the house owner for the communication and hospitality. We loved your place.

Northern NH Sanctuary

Our three night stay here was magical. If you want the perfect place to enjoy sleeping by a rejuvenating waterfall, sitting by a fire making s'mores, a short ride for a hike up Mt Washington, exploring antique shops, swimming in the falls, plus all the comforts of home...great bathroom, comfortable beds, roomy kitchen, book a few nights on Crystal Falls Retreat. Our four grandchildren from Alabama absolutely LOVED this place and their experience will forever become a part of their childhood memories. Don and Diane cannot do enough to make you feel at home and responded to a small issue with the plumbing ASAP, immediately. Would return here again in a heartbeat! Thank you both, Kim & Otis

Absolutely magnificent

This place was absolutely beautiful. The house, the location, the waterfall, the atmosphere, etc. I could sit on the porch all day and listen to the waterfall. On a clear night the sky was filled with stars, we got to see a few shooting stars as well. Well worth the 13 plus hour drive to get here. I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous

Beautiful waterfall right off the deck. Clean. Lots of room. If you arrive at night, know that the entrance with the keypad is on the left. We had trouble finding it in the dark. But very nice stay!

Wonderful and Relaxing

My sister and her husband stayed at this fabulous house for 4 days. I couldn’t go but they had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and cozy. The waterfalls were beautiful and they fell asleep listening to the falls. They sat out on the deck with a glass of wine and dinner. They definitely will be going back and I will be joining them! It’s a great place to just reset.
