"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

She was just out of the hospital from a liver transplant and we needed a safe, clean, well maintained place to stay. We found it with Ashley at this location. "This is a great property that is conveniently located. It was great to have a spot of our own while visiting family. If you are cold natured, bring a blanket and they don’t provide dish towels (but have plenty of extra bath hand towels). We didn’t use the communities amenities but they looked really nice. I had to call rbo and let them know what was going on. She wouldnt even answer the phone for them at first. "We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!"
