Unfortunately, the accessible shower had no door, and whenever they showered, water ran all over the bathroom floor, basically flooding it. This could definitely use some attention, especially since a wet floor can be a concern for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom in our room could also use some updating, but everything else was clean and decent.
We loved the breakfast! The breakfast attendant was friendly and welcoming and even helped my cousin make waffles because she couldn’t reach the waffle maker from her wheelchair. I especially enjoyed the omelette on a bagel with cream cheese. Having coffee available 24 hours was also a big plus.
Overall, the helpful staff, cleanliness, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable. With a few bathroom improvements, it would be even better."
