The owner lives nearby, and was available on WhatsApp when we needed him (new coffee machine). I would suggest the owner could be a little more generous with his guests (he did not leave enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets or laundry soap) and that he should buy some plastic (pool-safe) cups and bowls. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Idylle Das Panorama zu allen Seite ist großartig, es erinnert ein bisschen an die Toskana. Das Haus mit Pool ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. So kann man seinen Urlaub genießen.. Die Straße zum Haus ist für größere Autos ein bisschen schmal. Der Fußmarsch zum Meer führt durch kleine Waldstücke , dauert jedoch ca 30 min. Rückweg 60min. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung auf der Insel"

"Zoran and his family tell us they dont normally get guests from the uk. Well it is well worth a visit. The villa is outstanding. With a car you can reach Split and Dubrovnik within an hour and a half. The hosts restaurant is the best in town. We all enjoyed the food there and were treated well by the staff. Duba beach is about a fifteen minute walk. A very picturesque location for a peaceful holiday"

Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch (fehlende Haken und Ablageflächen/Schränke, keine Nachtischlampen, kein Platz für Hängekleidung,).Das schöne Natursteinbadezimmer ist leider dauerfeucht und riecht „muffig“. "Villa Framar is perfectly located in a secluded and quiet bay near Lumbarda. The house is newly refurbished and matxhes exaclty the profile photos. Lovely garden provides substantial natural shade throughout the day and outdoor whirlpool provides for great cooling and massage. All the needed amenities are provided for and Mario is a great host, readily available in case of need. The house is very clean and is perfect for two couples or a family of four."

"Ivan and Antonije are such lovely hosts. They are so welcoming and hospitable. Truly wonderful people. The apartment has an incredible location, right on the water, which was fabulous in the summer weather. Its also right in lumbarda so very close to all the restaurants and amenities. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!"

"We had a bit of trouble finding our house, but the hostess was super patient with us, giving us step-by-step instructions on how to get there. She met us and gave us a tour or the property. She was very welcoming. The house was divine as was the entire property. The pictures are great, but they don't do it justice! It's a super short walk to a nice beach with a great little place for the best hamburger and fries I think I've ever had. Will keep it on my "for sure" places to go again."

"Une très jolie maison refaite à neuf récemment visiblement avec la climatisation dans chaque chambre et la pièce principale. l'ensemble est très propre et il ne manque rien en terme d'équipements. le village, rapidement accessible depuis la route de la côte, est très paisible. Attention, les rues sont très étroites mais ça se passe bien. A noter simplement que l'accès internet est vraiment très lent et ne fonctionne pas à certaines heures de la journée."

"This was a wonderful stay. The property is location in Zrovno which is a small town on the island. It’s approximately a 5-7minute taxi from the old town or a 45 minute walk (uphill). The accommodation was beautiful and tidy. The hosts were so very kind, thoughtful and friendly. They are also right next to a supermarket which is perfect. "
