Charming 1-bedroom apartment in State College 3 miles from Braver stadium!

This spacious basement level apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of houserville only 3 miles from Beaver Stadium, 7 min drive. The entrance is behind the main house and it’s own separate space most of the amenities are new from the floors to the furniture and extra clean! We are continuing to renovate and making the space better. Currently the apartment features a queen bed, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. we’ll leave an extra queen size air mattress for additional guests in the closet. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Disappointing except for the location

Little musty, super loud dehumidifier running and loud upstairs noise including a dog until very late. No wifi despite it being advertised. I asked in a message but received no response. No working TV. Bedroom is just fine, squeaky bed, but the futon is like sleeping on deck furniture. Proximity to Penn State was very convenient.
