"Best VRBO experience of all time. The house was even better than described/pictured. Located in a leafy and quiet subdivision, it was the perfect location for walking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Interiors were modern, visually appealing, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved sitting on the covered porch in the evenings and watching the fireflies. The host was quick to respond and provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. We will be back!"

"Highly recommend. Amenities were spectacular."

"Beautiful location and a wonderful stay."

"Quirky fun place in an excellent location!"

"This townhouse was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t have to run out for anything. Tucked away in a quiet location, it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!"

"Really outstanding place. Way cooler than any other place we have stayed. Every room has old school antique ambiance and decor. Very comfortable, You can walk to restaurants, stores, parks. Easy close parking. Highly recommended!"

"Family-friendly and clean! Excellent location and wonderful host!"

"Very big, completely remodeled farmhouse in the country...but 5 minutes from all you need in Penn State. Very quiet and clean. Nicely appointed, well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend!"

"Host was great with timely communication and the price was fantastic considering there was a PSU game and the place is 10 min away from Beaver stadium. My only complaint is that the apt. needs some updating. Everything is very worn and old. We were literally in the apt for 10 hrs so it served its purpose."

"Great stay in Happy Valley. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. House was very well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay, and the location was perfect."

"Awesome experience from booking through departure! Carla's communication was clear and timely. Check in was super easy and the property immaculate. I would definitely recommend! I know we'll be back!"

"Amazing home! So incredibly clean and organized. The house has EVERYTHING you could need for a stay in State College. Check-in and check-out is flawless and directions/guides printed out within the home are so helpful. Excellent place to stay for a family of 4-6."

"Lisa was a great host, the place was very confortable and quiet. I recommended to any body willing tent the property."

"Excellent property. Rooms were clean and my son loved the game room! Communication was excellent with Ryan. We will definitely stay again if we need a place in State College."

"The house was clean and convenient to Penn State. Located in a quite neighborhood and just a short, easy drive to our event. We appreciated that the house included clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, & towels."

"The space was as described. There was toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as kitchen basics although no fresh sponge. The house has the feel that no one lives there regularly - it is musty and damp (even with the central ac). It probably works well for a game weekend stay. I would not recommend this house for anyone with fragrance or mold sensitivities. The bedding and towels are highly scented and the place smells musty."

"Very clean and nice property. Loved how close it was to the university. "
