Both check in and check out, they were unfriendly, robotic and obviously could care less about their job. That was unfortunate as I expect much better"

"Everything was well equipped and in place clean rooms, extra towels for 4 people, I think it would suit well for a family up to 6 or 7 people, or a group of 4 to 5 young friends. It's 20 min from South Lake Tahoe but far enough to be quiet on nights and enjoyable for a vacation on family."
