"The property is clean. The concierge Jennifer Ellis was always the best stayed in this property many times. The manager and the other concierge Cora was also courteous, respectful and they are all kind to a former travel agent, senior and disabled. I will always continue to stay in the lodge every year. "

"It took awhile to figure out how best to use the services, but once we did everything was easy. Excellent bus service to the casinos and to the clubhouse and the clubhouse had great amenities for teens. Restaurant food at the clubhouse was very good and reasonably priced. Staff at the lodge and everywhere else (bus drivers, ski lifts, downtown Stateline) were very friendly and helpful, which made for a very relaxed vacation.
