"Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. "I was visiting Granlibakken for a teacher workshop and happened upon this listing! I was very glad to be staying in a privately owned property with access to the pool and other amenities. It was a very short drive to downtown Tahoe City, and the views were unbeatable. This area of the country is spectacular, and this property was a great base camp for exploring. Would definitely recommend."
