Had to call for help with lighting in the bathrooms but Jovie responded quickly and circuit breaker just had to be reset. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to climb steps to reach the main floor. As mentioned by Jovie there are actually three blow-up mattresses and we used one. It leaked badly. "We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again."

"The stay was nice. Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It has a dog pen in the laundry room which was nice when we had to leave, our two small dogs could be put away in the kitchen while we left. I recommend this for families. My kids loves it."

"This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are oversized and plush, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this house."

"No functional WiFi or TV for 4 days. Made it hard to get things done on my laptop for work and left limited options at night for entertainment. The many large stains on the carpeting that looked 15 to 20 years old was also a turnoff."

"Everything was great, Truly 5 stars, except neighbors refuse to leash dogs. If you have small children or anyone afraid of dogs, please consider they may run, bark aggressively and jump on you. No one was bitten, just traumatized."
