The room (the Marble House Room) was attractive and very clean. The hosts were friendly, easy to talk with, and hospitable. The continental breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed being able to walk to the historic downtown area and have a good meal at Cafe 220. Would recommend to friends!

Excellent

Very prompt check in, comfortable room!

Excellent......satisfied.....no issues.....would stay again

Staff was kind and amazing. We were only there 1 night and noticed a lot of guests outside walking very well behaved dogs. I work in a veterinary clinic and was very impressed by how the staff as so sweet and welcoming to the animals and humans. Some hotels claim they are pet friendly but you’ll get nasty looks from stuff queen you walk in with a pet. Not here. Here the staff are pet lovers too!

My stay here was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful the room was perfectly clean and cozy. I was traveling with a newborn so it could’ve been more stressful if that staff wasn't as nice and understanding as they were

The stafff here are very helpful. My room was perfectly located across a big grassy area that my dog loved. The last day of my stay my a/c wasn’t working so the manager put me into another room with the same amenities & even closer to grassy area!! The breakfast is balanced choices & I loved the tea selection. Site has cameras everywhere and I felt very safe. The beds are great too!!!

Super clean. Good location. Staff were super nice. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay

It was not the property that was terrible but the interaction with Orbitz. In the process of making the reservation an error was indicated and I was instructed to begin again. The result was a double booking. It was not possible to contact a person or navigate the webpage to fix this error; not on the night of the service or the days after. A totally frustrating experience. Orbitz causes a problem and makes correction impossible. I have to rely on my Credit Card Company.

Like the place and that was very clean and quiet then only bad thing was the elevator which más making lots of noises and stoping and moving roughly need some maintenance

Decent hotel for price, very outdated

On a road trip where we made no advance reservations we decided to make a reservation for a hotel about 20 minutes ahead of us. Fired up hotels.com on phone found the right palace, price and amenities quickly. Upon arrival at hotel we were welcomed assigned a great room which was clean, comfortable and convenient. It is about 4 minutes from the freeway which we wanted. Beds comfortable tv worked great, breakfast was perfect (and included). Checkout was simply a goodbye and good day.

Entire hotel looked brand new and had everything we needed. Set away from the town, so no worries about the neighborhood. One thing though, the description says "restaurant". Not sure if they mean the one at the end of the block or the vending machines!!

Place is comfy, plenty of stores and restaurants. Parking is easy. Breakfast is decent. Waffle machine is great

Clean room, maintained property. Wonderful staff.
