From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service exceeded our expectations. "Wow! Perfect apartment with everything you need including washer, snacks and water. The best part was the bed - king size with soft sheets and great pillows - very much a 5 star hotel bed. "We loved the proximity to Skanderbeg Square, restaurants & other attractions. Parking was readily available at the stadium 5 minutes away. The property itself was clean & comfortable. "Great location very near Skanderbeg square. It has a very small sign and some taxis and tour companies didn’t seem to know where it is, but google maps location is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maid service seems to be when you request it. One thing to note, there is no elevator so people with issues climbing stairs should be aware. "

"The first night wasn’t nice. I didn’t like the room facing the unkept backyard in pitch dark. I had 2 separate booking and I asked if I could be allocated the same room throughout but she told me it is impossible. The next morning, the lovely lady in glasses did ask if I wanted the same room. I told her I want to change to another nice outlook room. She assured me she would give me a nice room and looked for a room that was vacant the previous night. After breakfast when it was quiet, she changed my room and check-in for me. The new room was excellent and i absolutely love it. It made a huge difference - thank you to the kind lady. That made my stay very enjoyable. "
