New and nicely thought out property.

The staff made the experience wonderful! We had the best time in the lounge with Kier! What a great human with so much expertise! We will definitely be coming back to explore more of Steamboat Springs!

I arrived late in the evening. The young man was helpful but could have been more friendly. The room was outstanding, extremely clean and quiet. It had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Who could want more? The breakfast was wonderful and the lady serving it was kind and personable. It was a primo stay.

This is an older motel that has had some paint and basic maintenance. It’s not a resort or a big Steamboat hotel. It’s in a wonderful part of town for exploring on foot. There is some construction directly next door but we were in Steamboat to get out and see sights and hike. So we were gone most of each day and not there to hear it. Beautiful area, very nice resort in a ski area. Although we are here in June Steamboat Springs is beautiful. Lots of hiking, shopping and dining options!

Reviews sold me on trying this older style motel and they were right-on. From the time Emily checked us in until we left, it was a very enjoyable experience. The owners take a very hands on friendly pride in their property and it shows. The beautiful pine furniture and embroidered sheets were a homey touch. Enjoy your stay.

Incredible customer service. The staff was so friendly and full of information about Steamboat. We also were shocked at how big and beautiful the room we stayed in was (Building 1).

Rooms were large, clean and modern. Bathrooms have a lot of counter space and rain shower fixture was delightful after a long day of skiing. Location to the ski area is excellent, one exit away.
