We come to steamboat every summer and this rental was perfect. Staying downtown in the summer is a must..youll rarely need your car. The townhouse was very clean, spacious, and overall enjoyable. Will rent again next year!

Property was perfect for our family ski trip to Steamboat. Great living space and master suite with comfy beds. 5 min walk to all of the best restaurants in Steamboat. Easy shuttle to the mountain and the ski locker at the base was a game changer for managing gear. Host was responsive and checked in during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice three-level condo in the heart of Steamboat Springs. It was clean and well-appointed. The indoor parking garage across the street was convenient (and warm!). We had several questions and requests while we were there. The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. One word of caution if you plan to use the sofa bed. It is not comfortable at all! We ended up buying an air mattress while we were there.

We enjoyed a week long stay here and agree with the great reviews. I think the pictures don't really show how high the ceilings are...really good use of space throughout. We loved the instant-on fireplace. We used the huge tub (with bath-bombs from nearby 'Bjorn's Colorado Honey'), which was fantastic. Everything was really clean. We have already made plans to come back to this unit when it's snowing.

Love staying downtown…access to bike trail, fishing, walking etc. Grocery in walking distance. Great restaurants. Lots of breakfast and coffee shop options. Thought this condo may be noisy, but not bad…until around 6:00AM deliveries in alley. Parking in garage was a pain, but we got pretty good at after a few days. This may be a deal breaker for some since on street parking is strict. And we had to squeeze in 2 bikes. My only big complaint is that this place needs to take a day (or 2) for a really good cleaning and minor repair work. Broken microwave handle, entry closet messed up, light bulb replacement, toilet stain issues, dishwasher grime buildup, get rid of bath rugs that obviously cannot be washed (yuck) etc. The patios were so filthy/muddy they could not be used and no way to hose off.

Very clean three level condo. Huge master and a bedroom on lowest level with sitting area outside of that bedroom. Big loft next to master. both non bedrooms could be used to sleep others on air mattresses in addition to the couches. The downtown location made walking to restaurants, bars, gas station, liquor store so easy. Public bus to slopes was as efficient as the condo busses near slpes. Finally...a game changer is the ski locker provided by the host. Walking in regular shoes without skis and boots to wear or carry to the gondola area is priceless! will never rent another place without the locker. I will rent here again. thank you.

We stayed at Alpen Glow Condos last weekend in Jan. We had a great stay. The condo is really comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen well stocked. The smart TV has cable channels too. The gas fireplace has a timer, easy and convenient. The main shower is 36” square, tiled and glass, and would be perfect with a shower wand to help a tall person in a tight space. The location was perfect, we enjoyed watching skiers out back. We walked to every restaurant. Winona’s breakfast was the best, and just across the parking lot. We were shuttled to the Strawberry Hot Springs and to Steamboat Tours and Lucky 8’s Ranch for snowmobiling. We will visit the ‘Boat again, and would love to stay here again.

The townhouse is very nice and in a great location in town. Unfortunately, getting into it on check-in day was a challenge. We received a 10 digit entry code via email from Vacasa, which seemed odd for a door code. Of course, it didn’t work so we spent 15 minutes outside in the freezing cold calling VRBO and Vacasa to try to get the right code. Also, the code opens a lockbox with a physical key in it, which the guest then has to use to unlock the door and then keep up with the key throughout their stay…much easier just to have a smart lock on the door with a code.

This property is spacious, beautiful and functional. I had a girls' trip with my two adult daughters, and the condo was perfect for us to stretch out by the fireplace and enjoy the scenery from the large window in the main living space. The location is ideal and within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do in town. One note: when we arrived, the front door was not locked, so we were a tad nervous that someone else might be in the property. And the code sent to access the house was incorrect, so we had to call to get the correct code. But the assistance we received was prompt and courteous, and overall didn't distract from our wonderful trip.

The townhouse is beautiful and in a great location. It actually felt a bit bigger than the pictures. Being able to walk to restaurants and the bus being one block away and having the ski locker at the base of the mountain was great! Absolutely no complaints about the townhome. The downside was the management company. They sent the wrong code for check in, it took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone and they couldn't figure it out and about 10-20 more mins later someone called to give the correct code. Usually no big deal, except it was 20 degrees and I have 3 kids! They also only provided enough shampoo and soap for 1 day of a 5 day stay, which is kind of annoying b/c there aren't any close grocery stores. The checkout was kind of annoying, too b/c it was 10:00 am, but our shuttle couldn't pick us up till noon---I communicated I understood they needed us out by 10:00 for the next renter that afternoon and had no issue with that, but when I asked if I could store 3 bags in the garage for 2 hours they refused, despite a -6 windchill and snow. We just put them on the back porch and hoped, but I felt like the inability to have any empathy for a covid-safe solution was a bit off putting, especially once the shuttle picked us up and the cleaning crew still hadn't even shown up. I get it, but felt like a high class place like this townhome would have a little bit better service from the management company. Overall, an amazing place, but the management company needs some work. You also don't have access to the Vacasa shuttles with this property.

We stayed here with our family of 4 for a wedding and absolutely loved the property! The rental is very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The property had tons of amenities, but my favorite features were the huge window in the family room and the labeled light switches. (We didn't have to fumble around to figure out what each switch was for... certainly nice when you are staying at a property for a short period of time.) We would love to stay here again, and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a rental in Steamboat Springs.

The unit was perfect for us (two couples)— giving each couple plenty of space and privacy (one bedroom upstairs, one downstairs). The trees outside the unit are pretty and shade the living room from hot afternoon sun. Location was perfect for us—a couple blocks from the bike race start/finish and right across the creek from the farmers market on Saturday, and close to lots of good restaurants. We were all very pleased with the unit—it is just like the photos and very clean. We would definitely rent it again (in fact we have already booked for next year).

Parking is a big problem. Our SUV would not fit in the garage and there is no long term parking downtown we were told. We had to park at the Gondola and pay to park and then ride the bus for 30 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked.

Location was fabulous- especially for a summer stay. Easy and beautiful walk to so many locations. The upstairs master bedroom was unbearably hot when we arrived and didn’t cool off well at all so I would suggest bringing a fan if you come during the summer. There also were not a lot of towels for a family of 4. Otherwise we loved the property.

You are a block away from the Yampa so you can literally walk in your swimsuit to the tube rental and hop in the water. As well, on the other direction in the same distance as the river are restaurants and shops! Plus, with a garage, you never have to worry about a parking space. The garage was pretty tight though. We have a Land Rover Discovery and it “just” fit in there. My husband had to park the car as I just got too nervous, even with the car’s parking guide. Still, it was really useful to have. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The boys loved having their own little area downstairs. This is a three level condo with the kitchen and living space on the middle or street level, the master on the top level (with a mini desk out on the landing as an office) and the 2nd bedroom with a small little sofa/tv area and laundry on the lowest level by the river/creek. So the living room/kitchen level separates the 2 bedroom levels. There are also 2 small balconies (lower and street level) that we loved sitting to have coffee or a glass of wine. Also, We loved the huge 2 story window that seemed to frame the birch trees outside so beautifully.Overall a really wonderful stay and communication witth the management team was also spot on. We would definitely rent this place again the next time we’re in Steamboat.
