Wonderful trip! Condo was just like it looked the the pictues. Very nice. Location was super convenient as it was very close to sking.

The place was comfortable. Everything worked. Easy access to base, lift area at a reasonable price. Also has very near, direct access to Kutuk condos where my kids and grandkids were staying. Host was very responsive.

Somewhat disappointing stay

When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 51 degrees. All 4 thermostats were shut off. With that temperature the condo was inhabitable.We dropped off our luggage, turned on the heat and left for 1 1/2 hours. Prior to arriving we were advised that an early check-in would involve an additional fee. However with the room temp as it was there was certainly no previous guest there for days. Maybe the manager/owner could have seen to it that the heat had been on or let us check-in earlier for NC so that we could turn on the heat and then use it at our scheduled time. Over the couple of days we were there, the living room was always cool unless the gas fireplace was on. However the fan was so loud that conversing or watching TV was difficult. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The 6 ft. fake bear at the end of the bed was very awkward. I would probably look to stay in a different condo next time.
