This beautiful home is conveniently located across the street from the Steamboat Springs base area in the Phoenix at Steamboat. This property spans across 3 levels and can sleep up to 16 people. There is a large and welcoming living area with a Queen-size sofabed, 60" flat-screen smart TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar. The kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook for the family.

Please be aware that this townhome spans across three levels with no elevator. The main level offers one King bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has two Twin-over-Full bunk beds (so it can sleep up to 6 people). There is one King bedroom in the upstairs master bedroom which has a flat-screen TV and private reading area with extra sleeping capacity (1 Full-size sofabed). The downstairs studio has 1 King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette for whipping up a quick meal!
Relax outside and enjoy the mountain air on the main level patio and cook up some dinner on the electric grill! There is an additional outdoor deck in the bottom level bedroom.

Phoenix Townhomes are located in the mountain base area just 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Ski trip with the college friends from 1980s

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy 4 minute walk to gondola. Very nice amenities with clubhouse, sauna, pool, and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped. Very good value.

The perfect place to stay with a group.

The property was clean and had everything we could need. The rooms were all perfect for our big group to have their own beds and rooms. Close to everything we needed and the stop for the free bus to downtown was right out the door. Would highly recommend.

Steamboat family reunion

We love the Phoenix property. Units are nice and clubhouse is great for gatherings. Pool, hot tubs ad BBQ area is nice too. This is the 2nd time at the Phoenix. Will be back next year!

Amazing Property, Location, and Communication

Steamboat is beautiful, and this property did not disappoint. I'm glad I booked with SkyRun because the communication with the GM, Taylor, was amazing. This was a perfect home to spend a weekend with family. Being only minutes to downtown but having a pool onsite if we wanted to stay in was the perfect mix for our vacation. I will be back.

Great location!

We stayed at Phoenix 118 with 2 other families and had a great time! The location is great- short walk to the base, very close to a bus stop, and easy to find parking for our extra car (at least in the summer months). The unit is well furnished- it's not the newest place but everything is well maintained and well thought out. There are a lot of stairs which is to be expected but worth mentioning as we did have a kid with a broken ankle which was tricky but doable. The community amenities were much better than expected- the pool area is much nicer than it looked in the pictures, the grounds were very well maintained, and the clubhouse amenities were great. Overall we definitely recommend and will likely be back!

This is a great property, close to the slopes, close to convenience store. Nice Linens, Updated however it is a very old unit with tons of stairs. Bunk Room was great. The logical master is up 3 flights of stairs with a very small shower. There is a great studio apartment on the second floor. We had maintenance in on 2 days to fix a leak.

Vertical Living

Only 6 seats at dining table for a property that advertises for up to 16. There is an opportunity to re-arrange furniture in there to make it more roomy / flow better. We would also switch the bunk room and the other bedroom, so that the bathroom is in the master bedroom on the main level, and the bunk room could use the detached bathroom. Need wine glasses. liked the balcony, decent location, nice to have a garage too.

Family oriented neighborhood

Located close to the pool, game room and service desk. Short walk to gondola, shops, and restaurants. Was about a 10 minute drive to the town of Steamboat.with activities, shops and dining. We enjoyed many activities that were within an hour’s drive from Steamboat so this was the perfect place for our home base. The unit was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of adventures.

Warm and Welcome

This place felt like home. It wasn't the newest out there but it felt warm and comfy. The size was perfect for us. We had multiple families and everyone had their own personal space but we loved sitting around the table together for games. The check in process and staff were efficient, friendly and quick to respond with my many questions I had before my stay. The location is ideal. Not too close but not too far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
