Wonderful property in an excellent location. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and I liked hanging out on the deck overlooking the gondola. A short walk and you are in the heart of things.

The room was pretty small, small tv, stains on the carpet. Bathroom was small. The fridge and the Beds were nice. Housekeeping was really friendly and 1 out of 3 front desk staff members I interacted with was really nice. The other two were not, and were not helpful. The restaurant showed open upon booking but we were informed when we arrived that they don’t open until mid November. The Sheraton is next door with a really nice restaurant, large property, nice rooms and amenities and it was around the same price.

We brought our dogs and the check in staff made sure we had the best room! He put us near and exit on the first floor. And was so sweet to our dogs. The place was clean and pool was lovely. We will be staying there again.

Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future.

Great hotel, I like the Sauna and Functional Fitness type of Gym!! Worked out great for a work trip, comfortable beds. The Cafe was finally open this time so that was a bonus. The Sauna was suposed to be 24/7 however someone had turned it off so I was not able to use it when I tried at 6:30 am. Otherwise the Front Desk staff were super Friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.

Room didn’t have all the amenities that the pictures had, water boiler didn’t work at all. The light in the bathroom was supposed to be a heat lamp I’m pretty sure but it had one normal light bulb and one heat bulb. microwave was in a poorly lit room with the machine, which is pretty standard but I expected more from here. Bed was super comfortable, except the pillows were HUGE. There was no snack bar like there is in the pictures. I think I just expected a bit nicer
