The hot tub was was cold the 2nd night,. They charged me a deposit on top of the prepaid room and then charged a hotel fee when we left.... still haven't seen my deposit

Well priced option in an overpriced town.

This was a well priced and conveniently located hotel. Slightly dated ski resort feel, but that gave it some rustic charm. Staff happily accommodated request for later check-out. Would recommend as extremely well priced (at least in April) in an otherwise overpriced town.

We had a great stay and appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff. The accommodations were perfect for our stay; the location was close to downtown and our other activities.

No room service on second full day--full trash can and no shower gel in shower dispenser. Shower curtain too short--water all over bathroom floor. Both keys quit working as well--minor inconvenience but just another part of a poor experience.

Great staff, Cozy lodge when checking in, shuttle that takes you to the mountain or downtown or where ever you’d like. Very nice people! Location seem to be in the middle from mountain and downtown area which was perfect! I would definitely stay here again

It was just ok. They put us in rooms as far from the entrance so we had quite a walk to our room. Plus we were put next to the maids storage so had to deal with all that noise. The hotel was not busy so why? Price was good so we got what we paid for I guess..Location was pretty good.
