The Terraces is located on the Burgess Creek. This unit has great Mountain views from two private terraces.
The open living room floor plan offers the perfect mountain home for entertaining with your friends next to a warm fireplace. There is a 50 inch HD Samsung Flat Screen TV in the family room with DVD. Both bedrooms have TV's.
Master bedroom features a new king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted jaccuzi tub. The unit has the very best in water pressure and unlimited hot water. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. The twins can be made into a king bed.
Additionally each room has its own thermostat to control base board radiant heat. Hot water radiant heat systems are better than traditional forced air heating systems as the air in the unit is naturally kept at a more comfortable level of humidity.
You’ll have your own assigned parking space in the below building heated garage. Our condo is on the second floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs. There is a shuttle to the ski area only from 8:00am - 5pm. (ski season only). If you don't have a car, it is a short walk to the free city bus stop and of course, there is Uber.
The heated outdoor pool and hot-tub is the ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes.

This was a great condo for our family of 4 ski vacation. It was clean and well-stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent and check-in/out was a breeze. This is the perfect location. It's walkable to the ski area, but there's a ski shuttle that runs all day so that you don't have to do the walk in ski boots and with gear. But in regular shoes, it's an easy walk to the gondola village, to a great little market, and to several excellent restaurants. We'll definitely be back!
We had a great time. Nice and clean with great parking. Made for a easy stay. Shuttle service to the gondola was perfect. Condo was in easy walking distance also. Would stay here again in a minute. Kim was very helpful with her, she was always very quick to respond to our questions. Thanks Kim Go Raiders!
We could not have picked a better property, the kitchen was stocked with higher end appliances, the condo was the cleanest I have been in for a rental place and on top of that the location was so convenience that if part of our group decided to stay back from the Mountain, they could keep the car and the ones who wanted to go had a short walk...I think the walk from the condo is less than the walk from the mountain's parking lot...I would (and already have) recommend this place and Kim to anyone.
Great condo, very well furnished and equipped, within a short walk to the Gondola. Property manager was great, check in & out was easy, and good value for the money. Definitely would stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and cozy
We had a very enjoyable stay in Steamboat at this condo. It's extremely well maintained with nice carpet, rugs, laminate floors, granite countertops, comfortable furniture, fluffy towels...and it was completely spotless. It's an easy, short walk to the Gondola base. Even though it's a small space, it's very well stocked and everything fits neatly in its place. The floor plan makes it comfortable for a family of four. The kitchen cookware was also in great shape. The property managers, Condos in Steamboat, do a fantastic job of providing every little detail you can imagine in creating a perfect vacation experience.

Great Condo, Manager and Owners!
I have rented several places in Steamboat over the years and this year's vacation was the BEST due to the full package. Mother Nature was good to us; the very comfy condo is in a great location; Kim the manager is extremely detail oriented in not only caring for the condo, but providing lots of detailed information about your trip from the airport, the condo complex and the town. The condo is very nice and accurately reflected in the pictures. The views were awesome. The ski locker was perfect. Kept our skis there. We carried our boots and walked to the base every day. Slightly uphill in the morning, helped by the elevator at One Steamboat Place, and perfectly downhill after a day of skiing. ( I am sure it is easier than the downhill steps in the AM and uphill steps PM to access the transportation circle). The condo is very well-stocked, especially paper products. The kitchen is a small galley, so if you need two chefs in one space this is not the condo for you. Because the kitchen is well-stocked there was limited space for groceries, but we had enough space for us for the week. We used the Wild Plum market for small grocery pick-ups, but learned quickly it is a good place to grab lunch. The mountain lodges charge approx. $17.00 for a sandwich or chili and NO sides, including fries. That might work for a day trip but not a week. The Wild Plum has sandwiches, burgers, quesadilla, for $7 and fries for $1.25. The pizza looked good but we did not try. We phoned in our lunch order at the top of the gondola, skied down, quick walk to store. They have tables for lunch. The location of the condo was as comfortable as the condo itself. The beds, furniture, showers, everything....really!

Loved it!
The condo is comfortable and really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could ever have needed. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well after our days out hiking and biking! The proximity to the ski area and bike park was wonderful. On top of that Kim at condos in Steamboat was great! We hope to come back again!

excellent experience
We've traveled to numerous ski destinations over the years, but Steamboat is now our favourite! This condo suited our needs perfectly, was exceptionally clean, well equipped and well located. Although just a short walk to the gondola, walking in ski boots is never easy, so we opted for the convenience of a locker at the base...definitely worth it. The condo itself was very comfortable and a new king bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. The complimentary shuttle was also very convenient and we were able to manage just fine without a car. On a final note, dealing with Kim at Condos in Steamboat was a pleasure from start to finish. She was most helpful throughout our planning stages and even came to our rescue after we experienced numerous flight delays and lost luggage! We definitely hope to return again!

Beautiful condo, very well kept with all the amenities that we needed to eat in, entertain and enjoy our stay. The hot tub and pool were are a great plus and shuttle runs were frequent and close to the ski slopes.I would recommend this condo to anyone whether you want to eat in or out on the town.

Fantastic condo, great location!
This was our second stay at the Terraces at Eagle Ridge, but our first time in this specific condo. The unit was just as others have described it - beautifully furnished, nicely updated, and filled with all of the things that make a vacation condo fantastic. Add to that the wonderful experience we had working with Kristi at Palomino, and you get the perfect vacation. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the condo, but everything to do with Mother Nature, who decided to bring spring to Steamboat a month early (we still had a great time though).
We love the location of the Terraces - it's a very easy walk to the Gondola, and you have great views from the units. If you don't feel like walking, the shuttle stop is literally right outside the garage door. The pool area is great, and the garage parking (with elevator access!) is an added bonus. We would definitely stay at this condo again - looking forward to coming back soon!

This property was gorgeous! Have stayed in many mountain locals, and we love Steamboat. This particular property was one of the best we have stayed in. Great location, spotless,very quiet and stellar views of the mountain. We were just a short walk to the gondola! Especially nice was the jacuzzi tub in the master bath after a day of skiing. The property even had underground parking, which was a very nice upgrade. The climate in the condo was comfortable as it had radiant heat instead of traditional forced air. Will definitely stay here again if the property is available.

I stayed in this unit in the late summer of 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. very nicely situated right on the Burgess Creek Trail and short walk to an excellent mexican restaurant and food market/liquor store. The Gondola base is just a 5 minute walk up the creek trail from this condo. Unit was nicely appointed and had the best water pressure and unlimited hot water I've seen up there. The views from this condo's two outdoor terraces are the very best in that complex...We liked being able to park in the underground parking garage with our own assigned space to the unit as well. Overall nice little complex that was very quiet and comfortable for the two of us. Looked to be only 30 units total in that place so the pool and jacuzzi were ours most of the time....Would have liked to have our Westhighlands Terrier with us on this trip but the unit is pet free unfortunately.

Best of the best
Loved this place! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week during peak Fall season and first snowfall in Steamboat. The condo is so quiet and cozy and super close to everything. The condo is updated with all ammenities and we loved the heated pool and spa. The mountain views from both terraces in the condo were spectacular especially with the Aspen trees changing color and the first snowfall on the mountain tops. We could walk to nearby restaurants using the Burgess Creek Trail. We didn't use our car much except to go into town. Downtown Steamboat is so quaint and friendly. Don't miss the fabulous Margaritas on the rooftop patio at Rio Grande or Bellas Wine Bar on Friday night with live jazz (a couple of our favorites). Overall, this property was everything we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. We will be back very soon for ski season.
