Quiet - Spacious- On Ski Bus Line - Community Hot Tub

Welcome to the Pines at Orehouse Plaza. This condo is a great option for your getaway to Steamboat. Located on the second floor, this is a comfortable and spacious two bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Immediately upon entry you are welcomed with a great "mudroom" space featuring a custom barn wood bench area with tons of cubbies and hooks for all your winter gear plus a large closet for all your equipment. Feel at home in the living room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone. The open kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your own meals in style or to grub on your takeout. Enjoy a meal or play a game around the spacious dining table or head out to the large, covered balcony to enjoy the mountain air or grill up a burger.

Back the hallway you will find a master bedroom with King bed, large closet to keep your luggage tucked away and private balcony. The attached bathroom features a brand-new walk-in shower with bench and river rock accents and large vanity with plenty of room for everyone's toiletries. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or a couple of friends with a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) and still plenty of floor space. This bedroom utilizes the second bathroom located in the hallway which contains another walk-in shower and large vanity. Pack light and take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer located in the hall closet. This condo also has free Wi-Fi and keyless entry. There are 2 parking spaces available for the condo.

The Pines at the Orehouse is conveniently located within walking distance to 2 grocery stores (City Market & Safeway), 2 ski shops (Ski Haus & Christy Sports), Walmart, shopping, and many dining options including the Ore House. There is a free city bus stop located at the entrance to the complex which can zip you up to the base of the ski area or walk across the street and catch the bus going downtown (it runs into the late night). As our guest you have access to the community hot tubs just a short walk from the condo. Enjoy more "bang for your buck" when it comes to space and comfort without paying base area pricing and still have convenient amenities nearby. This is a great option for those wanting to enjoy a wonderful Steamboat getaway without breaking the bank.

Nice stay

We stayed 2 weeks to extend our ski vacation and this property was great. Close to the bus stop and they secured us a great locker for all our gear and located in the gondola area.

Amazing place!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! Downtown was a few minutes drive so it wasn't to long to get into town. We were very comfortable here! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My friend and I were in town to run the Steamboat Marathon. The condo was a great location to downtown! It was very clean upon arrival - would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Love the property only problem was the cable box crashed two hours before the Bronco game. No one’s fault except for xfinity.

Our stay was great, kitchen was awesome, well stocked, a one day coffee provision would be appreciated but supermarket is 5 min away. showers great, near shared hot tub, stairs clear of snow, and nice fireplace. A lovely way to start and end the day after skiing

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly well stocked with everything you could ever need. We felt completely at home at this property. Tara was so easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the location was perfection. Definitely stay here if you ever find yourself in the Steamboat area!

Mountain perfection

This condo is in a perfect location to walk or catch the free bus to the ski area in one direction and the town in the other. Loved the decor. Great kitchen with gas stovetop to make breakfast before heading out for a hike. Really spacious main balcony. This place really is perfect. We didn’t want to leave!

Great condo

This condo was great, well equipped, and just as described. Bus was very convenient to the mountain. Walk for kids in ski boots to the bus stop was a bit long (they are little) but we worked around it easily. Would stay here again! Only recommendation is a new mattress for primary bedroom.

Exactly what we needed for a wonderful visit!

This property was rented for a couple of family and friends visiting from out of state for a celebration of life. It couldnt have been more perfect or more comfortable. I live in a smaller unit at the Pines and i liked it better than my own house! Excellent communication and easy check in. Thank you for everything!

Steamboat Fall Week

Condo was as advertised - quiet and spacious. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Some small inconveniences, but overall excellent property. Management company was responsive when the dishwasher didn't work, and had someone on site the same day. Missed having a chair or stool in the primary bedroom to assist with dressing. Needed more clothes hangers, since we stayed for 8 nights and had some "events" to attend. We will be happy to stay here again.

Awesome stay!

For starters Tara and crew were super responsive and very detail oriented. Took the time to ensure my questions were answered and my stay was pleasant. A ski locker became available and they called me to inform me. OMG life without a ski locker would have been Hell! I could go on the property was wonderful, comfortable and well equipped. Hope to be back!

Great condo in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin. Could hear people above us walking around and talking at times. Wasn't a major problem, but a mild annoyance.

Did a girls ski trip and the condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Easy to take the city shuttle to and from the mountain as well as downtown. I'm really picky and everything was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable and so was living room furniture. A great place to relax after a day of skiing. Great management. Very helpful with booking airport shuttle lift tickets, etc. Would definitely rent from them again!

Outstanding new condo with great management company

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Condo is outstanding - new, nice, clean, very well appointed. Nice & new beds, mattresses, sheets, towels, big comfy couches in living room, large dining table, new bathrooms. Easy to use big TVs. Great communication with small and local rental company. (I’ve had frustrating experiences with the big rental management companies if there is an issue - texting with useless bots.) Helpful and easy to follow instructions and tips. Super easy check in via phone. If you go to ski - rent the lockers!!! - so so so worth it! Tram stops in front of property. . Snowed our entire stay - property was plowed as needed in the AM before we left for slopes. Wish we lived closer so we could stay here more often.
