  • Welcome to your private family retreat on Lake Roofensee: This exclusive vacation home in 16775 Stechlin (Menz) offers approximately 100 m² of living space spread over two floors, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for couples and small families with one or two children—ideal for up to 4 people.

    The first floor is the heart of the house: a spacious, modern kitchen with an inviting dining area and a cozy fireplace. Here you can enjoy leisurely breakfasts, evenings spent cooking together, and relaxing moments by the fire. Right next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with a shower and toilet—conveniently and centrally located in the house.

    The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the main living area is located. Here you’ll find a cozy living room with a pull-out couch, which is ideal as an extra sleeping space or a quiet retreat for reading and watching TV. Next to it is the spacious bedroom with a very large, comfortable bed and a separate toilet directly adjacent—especially pleasant for the evening and nighttime hours and for longer stays.

    Outdoors, a covered patio with a large oak table and six chairs invites you to enjoy long evenings al fresco—from breakfast in the morning sun to a glass of wine in the evening. Die Lage war für uns ideal: Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, bis zum Roofensee ist es nur 1 Minute zu Fuß. Bis zum Stechlinsee fährt man nur 6 Minuten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Klimaanlage hat das Haus, was das Schlafen an den heißen Tagen sehr angenehm machte,Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir würden das Haus sehr empfehlen und werden selbst ganz sicher noch mal kommen.
