"Overall the hotel was a very nice hotel. The hotel is being renovating but the room that we had was already completed. The room was clean. The only issues we had was that the water would come out of the faucet blue, but it’s because of the old copper pipes. After you ran the shower for a little while the water would be clear. The hotel had free sausage biscuits and coffee which was very good. Overall, we had a very nice stay and we would stay here again."

"It was beautiful the room was clean and nice no hairdryer in the room had to ask for one they were out no soap had to ask for it. Towels were thick and had 4 towels and wash clothes "

"We stayed at this lovely cabin in Bryson City while visiting for my nieces birthday, and it was we hoped for. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It had all the comforts of home in a peaceful setting.David, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed (he even had dog bowls laid out for our two boys). You can really tell he takes pride in both the home and the guest experience which was a breath of fresh air. Whether you're visiting for a family event or just looking for a quiet mountain escape, you'll definitely have a great stay."

"Our room and the bathroom were clean. Our bed was comfortable (the most important thing). The view of the river out of our back patio door was beautiful. The only problem was there were no cups or stuff to make coffee other than 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee. We were able to solve that problem in the morning. Gotta have that wake up coffee!"

"This cabin is beautiful and offers all the comforts of home with a touch of rustic charm. It is such a special place, and truly felt like a home rather than the commercialized rentals that seem to be flooding the market currently. We stayed in early spring, and the thoughtful, natural landscaping that met us as we pulled into the drive reset my overwhelmed mind. As we walked in the front door, we realized quickly we were in for an amazing stay! The heated floor and cozy area rug of the huge entry way became the perfect spot for rainy day games and Lego sessions for my 3 boys. The kitchen was well-stocked, the gas range is amazing, and there was plenty of storage space as well. I loved how open and spacious it is, walk in closets, high ceilings upstairs; the main bedroom had its own living room! The beds were very comfortable, on the soft side, and had amazing linens. The sound of the creek was our nightly bedtime lullaby, as well as the music of each day. The house sits perfectly beside the creek, with so many seating spots with peaceful views.The hot tub was a highlight for our kids, as well as the magical bridge over the creek; a lovely natural playground. The location is secluded, but with easy access to town as well as hiking. We loved the cozy evenings by the fire, and games around the table in the river room. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this little slice of paradise again!"
