"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...

"Be very mindful that it’s a self check-in property. Before living there, be sure to contact them for an online check in link or you’ll have to wait at the front door. Not easy to find, I think the building goes by a different name, something perk. But the room is definitely a gray suite! It got everything, family friendly. "

"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

"Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und man hat sich so richtig willkommen gefühlt. Das Apartmenthaus ist super sauber und sehr schön und gemütlich. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Kinder waren herzlich willkommen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher irgendwann selbst auch mal wieder kommen! "Es hat alles gut funktioniert, der Check in war etwas holprig, hat aber letztendlich alles geklappt, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich, die Lage war für uns ideal, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt!"
