It can be the starting point for getting to know Thuringia on foot, by bike, by train or by car.

Equipment:
The house is detached on the southern slope. Two to a maximum of six people can live in it. The living area extends over three levels, which are open, connected by a central spiral staircase.
On the ground floor is the living area with hallway, round table, inglenook fireplace, kitchenette and small dining area and the balcony.
There are bathrooms, a narrow double bed and a wardrobe. At First, half a floor up, is the actual sleeping area for two people.
Next two people can sleep in the basement with shower / WC and terrace.
The house is only rented for two or more people.
The fortified open space in front of and the garden around the house can be used individually.
Pets are not allowed.
In the house may not be smoked.
