"Well managed, welcoming hotel in a delightful location. "

"Took up to an hour for the owner to arrive to give us the key into the home. I called the provided number twice to be hung up on (as I only speak English). The owner was able to bring a younger adult to translate. The home is mostly advertised for its hot tub and sauna. My grandmother had planned to use the king-sized bed downstairs; however, I realized she would hurt herself if she need to use the bathroom at night. The drop-down stairs to the second floor bedroom were in the way of her door. If you were to stay upstairs (only twin beds available), you would have to leave the stairs lowered as there was no way to reel the stairs back up once up there to sleep. There were little to no blankets. Available duvets and pillow cases smelt of body odor, and were extremely outdated. We traveled far and couldn’t bring our own blankets, unfortunately. If we had stayed, my 81 year old grandmother would have froze at night."

"Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc). Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk. Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us awake late at night. Overall very pleased with the property and room. "

Despite my limited understanding of German, the manager went above and beyond to help me find the places I wanted to visit. Their patience and dedication made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the manager's extra effort that really stood out. "At the edge of the shopping and dining area, so it was quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Bike rentals are at the information center right next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful "
