Unique stylish river front!

Fronts the historic and beautiful Steinhatchee River. Located just 2 miles down stream from the Steinhatchee Falls and about 4 miles to where the River empties into the Gulf of Mexico Covered boat house, put in from shore for small boats, kayak, canoe small boats. Fenced backyard, Pet friendly, Some fishing gear also provided. Alternatively, fishing the flats at the entrance to the Gulf can produce some amazing results! Disclaimer: My first review was poor. The valid issues have been addressed! See you soon!

Do Not stay here

This property was NOT as shown online. The area was very rough with garbage and debris all around. It looked like the middle of a junk yard. The inside was dirty. I had to sit on a beach towel I brought because the couch was so dirty. The linens on the bed were NOT Clean. To top it all off there was a spider bigger than a half dollar in the bedroom and before leaving, the “host” showed us the snake hook to kill or move snakes. He stated there were 20+ possibly poisonous snakes on the property. In addition absolutely no WiFi worked. None of this was disclosed in the description.

AWFUL!!! WE DID NOT STAY, FEARED FOR OUR LIVES!!

**BEWARE**THIS IS A FISHING SHACK IN A FISHING SHACK NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE BAYOU IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE FLORIDA!! DO NOT STAY!!! THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS ALL MALE. I TOOK MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER HERE. THE PLACE HAD OPENED LIQUOR BOTTLES, DIRTY LAUNDRY, DIRTY SHOES HANGING ON THE BATHROOM DOOR. EVERYTHING WAS GREASY WITH PET HAIR STUCK TO IT. MY DAUGHTER HAD AN IMMEDIATE ASTHMA ATTACK WHEN SHE ENTERED THIS SHACK FULL OF PET HAIR. THE GROUNDS HAD KNEE HIGH GRASS(UNABLE TO SEE DANGEROUS SNAKES)AND THE DECK WAS ROTTED AND LEANING AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! OWNER AGREED AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL THAT HE WOULD ISSUE A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. HAVE TRIED TO REACH OWNER AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE OR REFUND!! DON’T GET SCAMMED!!!!
