The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "This place is perfect for a family or group holiday : big rooms, perfect wifi, price OK. Enough choices in the neighborhood for breakfast/dining. Close to public transport. "The property is located on a side street, which is wonderful. It is quiet and sleeping works well. These are singke rooms but each floor has a shared bathroom, which I didn't realize. "We had a lovely stay in Hamburg and really enjoyed staying on the Peisssnitz! It is very clean and the design is very modern. It has everything you need and it is close to public transportation to go out and enjoy the city. One thing that should be obvious but I didn't think of before arriving: the boat does move a little bit because it's on the water and when it is windy."
