"We arrived early and were allowed to check in without any issues, very flexible parking arrangements and close to the airport for early morning departure. Definitely recommend for a night stay close to HAM airport"

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose....

"Very close to public transportation and so easy to get to. The room was a good size and loved the atmosphere of the lighting. Also really loved that the room had AC since we stayed during the beginning of their heat wave. Staff was very friendly every time they saw us coming and going."

"Fairly new establishment in a quiet neighborhood, by the water, and extremely close to tram/train station. Quite easy to navigate the city on feet. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Would stay here again the next visit in Hamburg."
