"We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."

The only „negative“ comment is about the AC control in the room: it was not easy to adjust the temperature because the control unit did not really respond. So I could not adjust as I liked to. "Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."
