"We stayed in Bouillon for the evening and found this hotel to be so charming. My only complaint was that so many nearby places were closed so we were limited in things to do, but this is not the hotel's fault."

"Het appartement heeft prachtig uitzicht op het kasteel en is heel prettig vanbinnen. Het ligt op de derde verdieping van het gebouw en het trappenhuis en de gangen van de algemene ruimte zijn smal en niet schoon. Eenmaal binnen is het ruim, fris en modern."

"Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and fields. There was some confusion with the check in process. We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. I think we were supposed to let them know when we were arriving (it was in the off-season), but that wasn't very clear in the Expedia app."
