"The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. "Terrible - book 10 months in advance and then 4 days before get told they had bumped me off to another hotel - hotel panorama -which had great staff and I was well looked after so don’t book here go to hotel panorama instead"
