Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

A beautiful forest (Södra Stenungsön) and peaceful beach (Hawaii badplats) near by the hotel. Everything else (shopping, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc) is on the other side of the bridge, but still on reasonable walking distance.

Bra läge men personalen var många men väldigt få som visste vad dom skulle göra. Undantag för Restaurangen Kookaburra där alla var riktigt bra! Maten var väldigt bra där. Tyvärr kan man inte säga samma sak om Captains Table. Många i personalen men ingen intresserad att jobba utan alla ville hem och maten var riktigt tråkig och smaklös.

Nice location, with sauna and and a lunch/dinner restaurant «on the water». Small portions snd a bli slow service, but happy and smiling crew made up for that!

Bodde nyligen på Stenungsbaden och tyvärr levde inte rummet upp till förväntningarna. Sängen var väldigt liten för två personer och det fanns inga nattduksbord, vilket gjorde det opraktiskt. Golvet var smutsigt och glasen var inte ordentligt rengjorda, hittade till och med tång som hängde på ett glas. Rummet kändes dessutom kalt och opersonligt, med tomma väggar utan någon form av dekoration. Hade förväntat mig bättre standard för priset. Det positiva var att det fanns en fläkt på rummet, vilket uppskattades i värmen.

Dårlig rom for prisen

4000kr for 2 netter. Veldig lite, dårlig og slitent rom helt bakerst i hotellet. Standarden var utrolig dårlig i forhold til andre hoteller i lignende prisklasse. Basert på tilbakemeldinger fra andre familiemedlemmer så er det 50/50 her på om du får et bra eller dårlig rom. Frokosten er det eneste høydepunktet på dette hotellet etter min mening. Anbefaler heller å gå for AirBnB
