"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "Great place to stay and we had an amazing view from the room, thank you. The room was clean and very spacious. Our welcome was lovely. The staff are all amazing. The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners. We actually ended up eating at another 4 star hotel, with much better food and an extensive mixed menu. Hotel however lovely. "
