Great experience! All staff were courteous and helpful. They responded timely and professionally to requests (extra bed linens, towels, pillow). Room was clean and well maintained. We accidentally left a few items upon checkout and when I called the person who answered the phone was very helpful and called back in less than 10 minute let me know where the items were found and where they could be picked. Your attention to quality, cleanliness, and customer service were refreshing!! Thank you!

My new go to stay while visiting Tarleton State

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and understanding. Allowed an early check in since we had to fly into Dallas very very early that day. There was a fee but only $25. Overall it was a great experience. This was our second time staying while visiting Tarleton State.

The elevator was out of commission for the two nights that we stayed there, we ended up with a room in the 4th floor, and according to other guest we spoke too was not working for atleast 5 days. When we arrived it was booked as expected due to college move in weekend. But we stayed through Monday and we should’ve been offered a room in the lower level as they became available. We didn’t ask to move just to see if there would be accommodations offered due to the malfunction of the elevator.

We booked our reservation through Expedia for a 4 night stay. It was not disclosed that the elevator was not working. My 12 year old son had knee surgery the day before and obviously could not go up the 3 flights of stairs. The desk clerk was rude and refused to help at all saying that she could not cancel the reservation. She refused to contact her supervisor - only gave me an email for the property manager. By the way, I did email the property manager and now 3 days later have still not heard back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Poorly trained staff. But the property manager is ultimately the problem as there was no one in a supervisory position to help with an obviously urgent matter. Not having ADA access is illegal. But refusing to help when you did not disclose that you didn’t have ADA access is the worst part. I will never book another reservation at this property.
