"Having the use of the pool was great for all of us, the children loved being able to use it when we arrived and in the morning before breakfast.

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’.
