"My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

"Affordable, fun, relaxing house. Indoor and outdoor things to do. Some pretty glass decor in the dining room, so I easily moved a few things to temporarily kid proof it. A/C in bedrooms, ceiling fans in almost every room. The hosts were very responsive and addressed our concerns exceptionally well."

"Perfect location for a golf trip with friends in our mid-30s. We were 30 minutes from Lake of Isles and Foxwoods, 15 minutes from Mohegan Sun and their golf course. Plenty of driveway space and room in the house for all. Was everything we needed!"

"Great sleeping options and plenty of backup towels and bedding "

"House is cute and mostly functional. However, it was 80 degrees when we arrived. The owner isn’t local so he had to send a random person over to install ac units. There are so many mice in the basement. Some alive, some dead. And the loft upstairs has no ac at all and it was horribly hot. Advertising ac is not accurate. And the trash does not come on Monday. It’s Friday. And the trash was so full when we arrived. "

"simply beautiful, the yard, the kitchen, the bathroom in every bed-room. The house is just full of charm. We rented it for our family traveling from Boston to attend my son's wedding, and we couldn't have been happier! Would love to find a reason to return"

"Spent the weekend with family and friends, we had plenty of room for everyone. House is spacious, hot tub was great, and kitchen had many options for cooking. "

"The house and property are lovely. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family. Kids enjoyed playing outside. Grown ups enjoyed several local bike paths. We would definitely visit again!"

"Awesome stay! The cottage was super clean and had everything you could need. We enjoyed grilling on the charcoal grill and enjoying the dock with chairs for relaxing. There was an AC unit but we didn't have to use it because the lake breeze was so pleasant. Very light and bright inside. The neighbors were nice and it was very peaceful. Lake water was warm and great to swim in."

"Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!"
