"This is just the typical small town well used motel, except it is exceptional because it was very clean. The flower boxes were beautiful and the food at the nearby restaurant was very good. However, what will bring us back whenever we visit this area is the staff. We had a small personal problem that could have spoiled our trip and they went way beyond expectations to help us. Thank you very much!"

"Staff was friendly. The towels are very small and thin. I dropped something on the floor in my room and when I got down to pick it up I noticed two toenail clippings on the carpet. Maybe the housekeeper forgot to vacuum? There is no landscaping of any kind around this hotel which could add to a more visually appealing experience. It’s a simple rectangular box. However, the indoor pool and spa were nice. "

"This place was very nice. Perfect size for our family. Great, quick access to palisade Lake. Access to a hot plate and convection oven allowed for the ability to make meals without a conventional oven. There were many spider webs around the inside of the suite and dirt/little bugs in the closet drawers but I figure it's because the location. I would have preferred newer linens and towels as it seemed like they were old left overs not good enough for the main house. But overall we appreciated all the house had to offer. "

"Our party consisted of two families getting together with friends for a weekend of fun at Palisades Lake and golfing. The home was perfect location, we really just parked the cars and walked back and forth from the lake to the house. Everyone had a nice comfy bed to sleep in and the kids loved the pool table and basketball court. We had a fire one night and it was awesome because the property has firewood there for you to burn. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and anything you may need. Would recommend this cabin if you have multiple families and are looking for some lake and golf fun."

"We had the greatest time as a family. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy,and the view is fantastic. We could hear the river from the deck. The kids had a great time playing on the swing and playing in the yard. It feels like you are in the mountains but there are many conveniences close by. We will come back."
