"If zero was an option…. I came into town for my son’s track meet. The reviews made me feel like I was getting a great deal. I arrived after midnight coming 8.5 hours so I was extremely tired upon arrival. The first thing I noticed when going to our room -103 was the hallways carpets are very stained and old. (I don’t know who they paid to write these reviews saying it’s remodeled) As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. But again I was very very tired. I got up in the morning to go get the “breakfast buffet” and that’s when I start seeing all of the room falling apart. The base boards filthy, no lamp shades on the bedside lights. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close all the way and was dirty dirty. The ceiling was bubbling in the bathroom and the trim was basically just sitting in front of the tub. The towels looked like they had been there for 10 years. With ONE new towel hanging next to the others you can absolutely see what I’m talking about. The ceilings are so thin when the people upstairs rolled over in their bed I could hear it. The room of course non refundable. “Breakfast“ Everything was frozen thawed - eggs, sausage, and biscuits. They had a tiny crock pot for gravy that was supposed to be for biscuits which were gone. I asked the man at the desk for more biscuits. He said sure; went in back, sat back down I assume he was cooking them. He came back and gave me a very hard dry biscuit. I went to cut it in half and it was still frozen. "
