There was hot water in the tub, but only warm from the sink faucet, no matter how long you waited. The remote for the TV didn't work; asked for replacement batteries, but was told the "sensor" probably wasn't working. Gave up after a while. No ice bucket in the room. Mediocre breakfast: no hot water at all for things like tea; wonder bread, basically, with no other similar options like bagels or muffins. Very below par."
