"We found the location convenient as it's on the main road through Mentone. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, as was the hot tub. The owner was also responsive and helpful. And having breakfast right down the hall every morning was a nice plus! Worth noting that, while the place is dog friendly, the yard is not fenced in and, again, is right on the main road. "The staff is very personable and professional. Brandon deserves a raise. He fixed a maintenance glitch personally, himself and this really helped my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff and owners go out of their way, to make your stay memorable. The location is excellent also. Their customer service is 5 star, and cleanliness of the rooms is far better than what I have experienced in a long time. "
