"Apartment is large, with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 living areas. Tv was really not usable as it was too far away ffom the seating area and a table with many flyers was in between . Graat, quiet location."

"The property was clean, quiet, modern, and convenient to town being walkable to restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. The downside, was bathroom fan did not shut off, there was a thermostat for heat in the bathroom but no heater, furniture was not comfortable, main area HVAC had one fan speed (high) so it had to be off while watching tv. The detergent used to wash bedding had a strong fragrance along with air freshener in the unit which is difficult when someone has scent issues."

"Super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was a futon and rollaway bed if you need another bed. The apartment was fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. We had a great stay!"

"It is a Great space with thoughtful hosts. We enjoyed our stay, and would certainly re-book this again. Good communication with the host they send you everything you need to know for checking in, in advance. A+ for sure. Nice mugs & brewing set up for coffee in the morning."

"Katie's apartment is such a lovely space on an expansive Montana farm with beautiful scenery. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms are equal in size with a well-appointed kitchen and adjacent living space. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with pebble tile floor. Katie was kind, communicative, and accommodating. We would rent this property again!"

"My sister and I spent the night in the Clark Fork cottage and could not have been happier. This sweet suite has absolutely everything you could want and need to enjoy some down time. Attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look, and the location is perfect. Easy walking to downtown or UM. Comfy bed, great shower, coffee, tea…we didn’t want to leave!"

"Overall we had a great stay here. The location is great to be near campus and the hip strip. It’s a funky, charming little apartment with steep, winding stairs. Fine for young, able bodied guests, but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The reason I can’t give five stars was an issue we encountered. We were hoping to watch the FCS semi final game on tv Friday night when we arrived. The fire stick tv would not connect no matter what we tried. Our contact for the property was very...

A delightful kitchen with all the basic cooking needs, vaulted ceilings and big windows with breathtaking views create an airy and expansive ambiance, and a large, beautifully tiled bathroom, and the gorgeous courtyard make this the first on my list to stay every time I am in Stevensville! "Lovely place. Have nothing bad to say about the house. Would stay again, loved all the dear and other animals on the property. Close to stores and everything. Had no problems at all. My daughter and family live up the hill about 3 minutes away. First time with Direct TV so would have been nice to have some kind of directions how to use it."
