"Although the host was right next door we did feel we had our privacy. The cabin had many personal family photos which made us feel a little like we were invading their space. So as constructive criticism perhaps a little less personal items would make future renters feel more at home. All in all the hiking was fun and the property provided a restful and relaxing time. "Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. "
