"A beautiful spacious property close to the charming town of Woodhall Spa. The Manor was just right for a family of mixed ages, there were so many a activities to enjoy"

"Cottage furniture broke and sofa bed settee very uncomfortable practically sat on the floor. Owner did responde when informed about broken table and sofa chair but these were not replaced during our stay. Had to clean the grill pan and cottage alittle dusty.had to spend alot of time out of cottage as uncomfortable to stay in. Location near to everything."

"Got to the property and found someone living there and it wasn't the host. Couldn't get in touch with the supposed host. Contacted vrbo who were as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. Had to then urgently find other accommodation which thankfully we did through a reliable source. Booking. Com. Had contacted vrbo two days before the booking to raise concerns and was told everything was fine and i shouldn't worry. Overall experience was horrendous.
