"When we arrived, we discovered what appeared to be blood smeared on the bedroom wall, acrylic fingernails in the bedsheets, & bloody items under the bed. We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay. "The staff were very friendly and understanding to us as non-Swedes there for Midsommar. Rooms were clean, plenty of dishes, washing machine worked (no dryer, line dry); shower good quality though a little tight on space; dishwasher and fridge worked very well. We had a miscommunication about the need to "book" a breakfast spot when breakfast is an option, but they quickly accommodated us and we were grateful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again."
