"It was a small Inn. No one bustling around. Quite. Panaramic view from my windows in the morning. Didn't see any deer. Dining room was small-1 large table and 6 chairs. Cozy. The innkeeper cooked breakfast. He asked the night before if I had any food allergies and what I might like to eat. He was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Internet access was very good. Had a private bathroom next door to my room. It was very nice, clean and modern. I felt comfortable taking a shower there. Good water pressure. Only drawback is-I'm short. The bed was quite high and had difficulty getting on it but I managed. Did have a good night's sleep. Suggested to the Innkeeper might be a good idea if he had a small stool in the room to make it more accessible. Hope his wife is doing well after her accident."

"Really enjoyed our stay in Monroe. The location was a perfect home base for exploring Vermont and New Hampshire. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The garage apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The mattress and pillows were a little firm for our liking but we made it work. Jeff and Susan were great hosts."

"What a great place, only a half hour from home. The setting is tranquil, the quality of the dwelling is amazing, and the hosts are 10/10. We plan to come back this winter/spring and next summer. Best place we've stayed. Richard & Sally, and our dog, Ginger Ale."
