"Hotel is in a great location for access to most areas of Pula. The room is basic but bright, clean and tidy and serves its purpose, I liked the fact it was electronic access so no carrying cards or keys around. A massive mention the staff who work on the front desk. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance. Top Tip - Don’t use the taxi from the airport as they will charge €40 plus. "This property is right in the heart of old town, and the perfect spot for exploring Rovinj. At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. "Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

"We loved our stay in this quaint room with a view of the cobblestone streets and a sweet kitchenette area. The electric kettle wasn’t working properly, but we figured out how to use the induction stove! That was a great addition to the room! The location was great for restaurants and nearby to the water. "My fiancé and I are on a eurotrip, we were driving to Pula from Prague. Keep in mind this hotel has a small staff. If you check in after a certain time, they will have to leave you instructions to enter. The location is perfect. However, the shower was stopped up, the air conditioning ran but didn’t cool. The owner was very helpful and responsive to issues on site (internet wasn't working when we arrived, he was able to drop by the same day to help sort it out). "Property was lovely. Owner left lots of information to help us. We arrived in torrential rain and could not go out for food. With the information in the folder we were able to order online and get it delivered. Note that the app pauza for ordering food is now glovo. "The host replied to our messages very quickly and was able to meet us when we wanted to. He showed us all the facilities efficiently and left us to start enjoying our stay. "This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. "Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
