"Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, nicht weit vom Wasser. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist gut, alles vorab geklärt. Leider ist in der gesamten Wohnung Teppich, dadurch riecht es. Die Duschabtrennung und Dusche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist verschimmelt. Es ist kein Backofen oder Microwelle vorhanden. "

"Wir waren mit insgesamt 5 Personen in diesem Haus. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Aber es war alles sauber und fast funktionstüchtig. (Toilette müsste mal angeschaut werden. Da funktionierte die Spülung nicht immer) Die Lage ist einfach top. Und fast vor der Tür ist ein super tolles Bistrorant. Selten so einen guten Lachs gegessen. :-) Am Deich ist ne tolle Bar wo man leckere Cocktails bekommt. Wir waren auf jeden Fall trotz des schlechten Wetters glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt....

"Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, auf den Schränken, die Wände waren schmutzig, die Schubladen der Küche dreckig usw.. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche hat gerade so gereicht um sich einigermaßen zu waschen. Zwischendurch ist das Wasser ständig kalt geworden. Die Weichspühlkammer der Waschmaschine war schwarz teilweise. Beim Kühlschrank haben alle Schubladen und Einsätze gefehlt. Bilder haben wir gemacht werden es auch der Tourismuszentrale melden. Wir waren überhaupt nicht zu Frieden. Ein Zeltplatz...

"Wir hatten eine ruhige Silvesterwoche, so wie wir es wollten, auf dem Land zwischen Feldern, Kühen und Schafen. Für ausgedehnte Gassirunden mit unseren 2 Labbis perfekt! Ausflüge nach Kiel, Hamburg und ins Outlet Neumünster innerhalb von max. 1,5 Stunden. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar."

"Kleine geschickt eingerichtete Wohnung. Raumerwärmung erfolgt durch Nachtspeicherheizung, hierfür gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung, sie blieb trotz Nachfrage bei der Vermietung ohne Wärmestrahlung. Alternativ konnten wir den Raum aber mit einem sep. sehr guten Elektroheizer erwärmen. (am Abreisetag funktionierte plötzlich die Nachtspeicherheizung."

"Die Wohnung Roseneck liegt mitten in Feldern am Deich, in der Nähe der Seehundstation. Von hier kann man sofort los zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps auf Lager. Auf dem Grundstück sind viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht vorhanden."
