"There was no safe in our room as stated when we booked. The hotel is very tired looking, wallpaper hanging off walls, cracked toilet seat and only 1 charging point in our room. Breakfast was okay nothing spectacular. Staff on reception were very pleasant and accommodating. "

"If ever there was a hidden gem, this is certainly it. Tucked away in the Italian countryside about an hour NE or Rome, we found this inn to be just about perfect. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. From this beautiful Villa, we were able to drive to similar nearby villages and enjoy our first tastes of quiet, peaceful Italian ways of life. Do yourself a favor -- book it. Now!"

"1) The WiFi is bad. It only worked stable on 1 of 3 devices. The other 2 devices were permanently connected and disconnected. 2) The mentioned breakfast in the hotel`s description isn`t worth its name. It`s tea and coffee from a Nespresso machine in the room, a bit or marmelade and chocolate cream and one croissant per guest. All of it separately packed in plastic. So we had low quality food and a bunch of trash. And afterwards we still were hungry"

"This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. "
