Very clean, close to amenities and the main road. Good place for a base to do things in the area. Close to walkers for the dog. Will stay again

Hard to find as it’s in the middle of a housing development however it has a lovely little garden at the front. It’s quite basic but has everything you need for an overnight stay.

First impression was that it looked nice and clean and seemed a fairly large room. When we stayed for two nights more and more faults were noticed. The blind on the window didn't close to the bottom. The window was on an angled roof so curtains couldnt be used. The bed was two singles joined together with a comfy mattress topper. However 2 single beds joined together make a bigger than double bed. The duvet was for a double bed so it was too small for the bed. Caused a problem with 2 people and so we didnt get a brilliant sleep. The leg of the chair was wobbly and loose so we couldnt sit on it. The wifi kept dropping when someone else used it from another room so we couldn't watch netflix. The biggest problem was the shower. It changed its temperature in its own good time. The water kept stopping and starting and when it did work there was hardly any water came out.

Perfect lay over

Perfect little lay over, we stayed for 1 night to break up our journey from Yorkshire to northern Scotland, alistair treated us on arrival with a smile and directed us to our room, highly recommended

Good value Stay

Just needed a bed for the night nearby to an event. Good sized room, good shower if a bit noisy due to the pump. Comfy bed at a good price and 11am check out suited us. Would use again.

Very cute cottage room with a comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only issue was you could hear every footstep from the room above, and just not very quiet. I'm a heavy sleeper and every night I was awakened by noise, or the TV randomly turning on.
